With everything on high in video settings (Standard settings) image is still not in line with latest graphic evolution on PC (compared to FIFA 09 for PS3 video quality for example) but with some tweaks into the game's files (same tweaks as for FIFA 09) it will look amazing. As for gameplay the game goes further as well as for new game modes available (see My Live Season) or as for interaction on pitch witch is more complex. The player can make a lot of dribbling moves (I recommend a gamepad for full experience) and everything FIFA 09 brought FIFA 10 improved. Actually this is exactly how I see it an improved and tuned FIFA 09 (for PC at least). I must confess though that I haven't played yet PES 2009 but seeing their gameplay videos I think FIFA 10 goes pretty close to that (on pitch action only I don't know about menus or gamemods).
