If FIFA 11 were a World Cup team...

Sometimes it's worth skipping a few iterations of a series you've enjoyed in the past. Like seeing an old ex girlfriend. She was great at the time, but by the end she was just a pain in the ass. However last week at the mall, she was looking pretty cracking, and you think, I wonder how she handles in series 11.
Well she has learnt some new tricks, good ones! FIFA 11 plays brilliantly. The player physics are excellent, the game flows wonderfully, it all just feels right. Both offline and online game modes are realistic yet fun. Be a goalkeeper is a great addition, and being the keeper brings a great new element of excitement to the FIFA series.
As usual, EA ensures customization is spot on, allowing you to put as much (or as little) effort in creating you on the field. The career mode is engaging, and the development from player, to player manager to manager keeps the mode interesting for hours on end.
The series has moved on, and FIFA 11 is certain to fulfil all the football needs a gamer has. And once you've had enough, at least you know in 2014 she be looking mighty fine all over!
