FIFA 11 is a great improvement in game play and mechanics but the new introduced "Career Mode" has issues.

I'm a FIFA loyalist and IMO, to date, this is FIFA's best game in terms of gameplay and realism.

The game falls short in some aspects.

First, the track list, I don't seem to enjoy the music compared to that of FIFA 10. More on digital pop, lacks variety but then again, there's the custom chants and etc which compensates.

Most notable is the "Career Mode" separated in to three choices, Player, Manager, and an integration of the aforementioned, Player Manager Mode.

The layout is ll fancy but many aspects have been stripped off. The game tries to achieve realism but I say Career Mode was a step backward on achieving such.

The growth system is nuts. It's not buggy but rather full of issues.

And the management power has been narrowed down.


What a waste.

Overall, great game. Still love it.

Hopefully FIFA 12 takes two steps forward from this.
