Game play is fun, but this game lacks polishing I would expect of a game that has been out this long. Your Pro is advanced in skill not by how well you play, but on achievements on a list that are sometimes very difficult to achieve. Signing on to a more difficult league will not improve your character any better than staying in a low level league to accomplish achievements. In manager mode, you are forced to play as the entire team instead of just your Pro. Manager mode is unrealistic, renewing player contracts is a crap shoot. I was very disappointed to learn this game is not actually Fifa 11, but Fifa 10 from the console with a new paint job. Game did provide several hours of fun, but I would buy the console version over the PC version. I find it insulting EA released an old game and gave it a new title. This kind of marketing really reduces my respect for this company.
