With collision detection and graphics like this, punching someone never felt so real.

This game is great. I can't begin to say enough good things about it. The graphics are stunning, the collision detection is perfect, the legacy mode is deep, very deep, and it has Mike Tyson!!! Being able to truely fight inside is something that was something missing in FNR3 but they got it right for this version. Being able to get so close that my opponents gloves swing right around my head, or so close that my nose actually smooshes against my oppenents chest (and it really does smoosh, look hard) just gives so much more validaty to this game. The line up of boxers is solid, same great venues, with more thrown in, and a very very deep legacy mode make this a must buy in my eyes. The only 2 bad things I will say about this game is that 1) the learning curve is a little steep. I probably logged well over 1,000 fights in Round 3 and it still took me about an hour to get smooth with these new controls. I'm also not a huge fan of the new RPG style healing system between rounds, it feels disconnected from the rest of the fight and I find myself usually auto healing. All in all though this game is fantastic and I recommend it to any fan of boxing as a must buy, and any fan of great looking and fun to play video games as a must buy!
