why are the reviews bad? this was my favourite ps1 game ever!

this may not be graphically amazing, it may not have the plot of a matrix movie or the originality of those ever so special games like bf1942 etc but this game is so much fun. i always thought games were just for fun, those who take them seriousley and judge them on graphical abilities and the technical side can get a life, cos this game rocks!
its you average beat em up but itm is highly addictive, ok, you can complete it in an hour but its so fun you just wanna play it again and again as different characters. the weapons are fun, the gameplay is great and you immedfiately fall in love with the boss battles as you and a mate can double team them to death with flying punches and kicks to the groin. fantastic, yet underappreciated.
