Final Fantasy CC isnt really anything like the other FF games on the PS2 but its a great game no doubt. You play as a certain type of 4 races each with their differences between characters and you go around a world map searching for drops of Mrryh to power your crystal in your town. while on your way you encounter many different characters that help the game grow, such as the black knight who ties some strings together in the Gameplay aspect of FF:CC. most people say that this game has nothing to do in it which is not true, you can find items to help you make armor or a weapon or a pendant that can give you an advantage over a type of enemy and some times finding the right items for making new items is a quest itself. This Game also includes a mutiplayer mode which makes the game much more fun, you are able to combine spells, bring your friends back to life and plan out strategies to use against opponents i have 2 GBAs and my Friend also has 2 GBAs so i was able to have 4 people playing at once and it added alot of enjoyment to an already sweet game
People giving it low marks have probably stoped playing it b4 they really even know what it can really do (that or they dont have ne friends ^_^ : ) )
