If this game is so great according to GS, why just an 8.0? The difficulty should be praised, not scolded.

Here's the only this they whined about:
-CAMERA
-DIFFICULTY
Whine whine whine, that's all these reviewers do. This game is difficult, surely it is, but not if you use common sense and a bit of strategic planning, the only tactical game that actually requires you to do so.
Now I love a good challenge, just as long as I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off by cheap gameplay mechanics or annoying "can't reach the ledge" platforming. This game offers the challenge of a life-time, but the difficulty level should be praised instead of knocked. I'm glad I feel my GPA and IQ rise as I continue to delve deeper into this reborn classic.
The only issue I have with this game is the job system. This is where he difficulty shifts to decision making. Now granted, I'm a very indecisive person (I'm lucky to make it on time to school), but deciding whether or not to get a Dark Knight by mastering the incredibly difficult to master Black Mage class first or later is just one of the many difficult decisions that will make or break your team of fighters.
Another improvement is the translation. Instead of laughing at the localized typos and having it ruin the dramatic events, a new translation with dialogue and vernacular to to rival that of Beowulf, The Lord of the Rings, and Shakespeare des the job and keeps your SAT word list climbing. Honestly, I feel smartr just reading the diaogue, proving that the line between RPG's and books is thin.
With clean graphics, a good score, addictive gameplay, and an epic story worthy of a miniseries and a billion fanfictions, FFT still lives to be the greatest tactical game you'l ever play next to Disgaea.
