First let me tell you that I *hate* Final Fantasy. Some of you RPG fans may find that disturbing, but oh well. RPGs just aren't my thing, and this series really bugs me for some reason. Except one; Final Fantasy tactics. As a fan of strategy games in general, I've played just about any I could get my hands on. When I saw this game, I scoffed apropriately. "Can't stick to there own genre eh?" We all know how bad that can be, so I decided to pick this game up for my brother (HUGE Final Fantasy fan) as a joke. Only problem was, he loved it. He begged me to try it at least once, so finally I caved ans said yes. Since then, I've played the game hundreds of times, amazed by how simply awesome this game is. The RPG elements (classes, stats, levels) mix in well with the strategy, and give you a huge choice on what you can make each soldier to be. The sounds are terrific for a PS game, and the hand-drawn character sprites have a unique charm. All in all, this game is amazing, and worth buying for any RPG or turn-based strategy fan.
