A solid game-to-movie follow up of the fantastic and engrossing game of the same name, Final Fantasy VII.
Whether you have played FFVII or not this film can easily rank as one of the most superior action movies to date, with fast and imaginitve action delivered with sheer class and with a flair of Japanese cinematography.
Fans and players of the original game will pick up the many, many in game references, like tiny little keys for memories of playing the game, from the ribbons present on all the main cast, to the cast using their Limit Breaks in a massive "Boss" battle with Bahamut Shin.
The graphics are just simply awesome, from the offset they grab your attention, along with a storyline befitting FFVII.
I originally watched the Japanese version and would advise anyone who is a fan of FFVII to do the same, altho the dub is not awful, like Narutos English voice over.
If your a fan and have not already seen this, you should be ashamed, if your not a fan and have not seen this movie, I would watch it sheerly to see how far animation has truly came in ten years.....this film is just incredible.
