We have waited a long time for a real Final Fantasy movie to come and it is finally here. The last Final Fantasy movie was a real disappointment since it wasn't based on the Final Fantasy games. Advent Children is based on Final Fantasy 7 which we all know and love the story takes place 2 years after the game. If you are a fan of the series and you've played Final Fantasy 7 you will certainly enjoy Advent Children. But if you haven't played the game you would be kind of confused with the story. Either way Advent Children offers a lot in terms of its visuals sounds and the value. No doubt that every thing looks great and the characters are highly detailed. The voice acting is also done very well. Overall Advent Children is just a great film that will appeal to all Final Fantasy fans, but even though you haven't played the game you will find something to enjoy here.

  This movie fills in everything that should've been filled in at the end of Final Fantasy VII.
