If it were different characters, this movie would've been only GOOD.

Honestly, you have to have either played, beaten, or watched someone play the game to understand this. Advent Children is every FFVII fan's dream-come true. A true sequel to an excellent game. And its in movie format. The CGI was beautifull and the voice acting on the American version was nicely done (of couse the Japanese acting is a lot better). The extras on the DVD I think is worth purchasing the DVD at full price. But on the go is great too, so I opted to get both. Over all, this is my favorite video game movie of all time. My review wasn't in depth but I don't care, because I absolutely loved this movie. Plus I though Tifa was hot!!!!
EDIT: To add to my previous statements about this already excelent movie, the PSP version had better sound to it (huh?). Yep thats right. I said the PSP version had better sound to it. The english dubbing sounded louder compared to the background souind. I felt the dvd version didn't do a good job editing the sound. The dubbed voices sounded too much in the forefront. Not allowing the great background sounds or music to shine like they would in the Japanese version. Watch this movie in English dubbed on the DVD. You can watch the PSP version in English dubbed.
