Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

A great movie; however, it is not without its problems.

This movie is amazing. I am so happy that Square Enix made a sequel to one of the greatest games of all time: Final Fantasy VII. This movie is great. it is full of action and inside jokes referring to the game. And the graphics are amazing. However, the movie has its flaws. The plot is good, but compared to that of the game, it's not really that great. And there is almost no character development. It has all of your party members from Final Fantasy VII, but most of them don't do much. For example, Red XIII bites a monster once and says one line at the end of the movie. And Cait Sith just says weird stuff. Barret also sounds a bit like Mr. T. The only characters that are actually important to the story are Vincent, Tifa, Cloud, Sephiroth, and the three brothers. However, despite its flaws, if you are a fan of Final Fantasy VII or action in general, rent this movie. And the fight with Sephiroth is awesome.

  This movie fills in everything that should've been filled in at the end of Final Fantasy VII.
