I'll tell you: NOTHING! This classic brings together all the good things we love about RPGS today. FFVII inspired many many games and it's like the granddad of all RPGs. This game was the reason I got addicted to all SqSoft games in the first place. It's THAT good. The elements of the gameplay are wonderful. The Materia, the new system based on small crystal balls taht give the weilder power, are a creation that only brilliant minds can think of. The plot may be a bit confusing, but after a while, you get it and it's brilliant. This game is said to be overly-popular, but that's a bunch of crap; for it deserves all the attention it gets. Overall, This game deserves a superb score. Buy it, or miss out.
