A game that revolutionized the series with an epic tale still that has yet to be topped.
Gameplay: Once again Final Fantasy uses the ATB(Active Time Bar) for its battles. The materia system is also really good . It makes you find these orbs to summon or cast spells and its reccomendied that you master good materia before you face the final boss.
Graphic: For there time they were good but VIII had the same hardware and had better so after seeing VIIIs i was kinda dissapointed but the PS1 was decently new at the time.
Audio:In this game i found the audio to be much better than VIIIs. The theme at the end when your fighting the boss makes the battle seem more epic. Also for the sad moments in the game the audio play a very key role.
Story: I don't want to give anything away but the relationship between the antagonist and the protagonist makes this game awesome. The cast of character a nearly if not just as good as any in the series. If i was to go into the story im bound to give away spoilers but the story is more epic than any other story in the series or for that matter any game.
