Not bad but not good either....

I really had high hopes for this game after playing FFX. But I felt this game had a lot of corny/tacky parts to it. For me it was a big disappointment. The graphics were really good just like the first one. There were plenty of side quest that you could complete if you wanted to. If you wanted to get a great ending you did need to complete EVERYTHING. I liked how you focused on only 3 characters through out the whole game. I also liked how you were able to change their abilities by changing their clothes. It also had a lot of “girl power” going on. It made me think of what Charlie’s Angels would be like if they made a video game. The games story seemed to drag on for me and after finding out that I could not complete some of the extra missions because of what point I was in the game, just made it drag on more. I didn’t care to make on the game play. I felt that I was very rushed in the fighting scenes. Maybe it’s because I never got the hang of it or that I am a bimbo to that kind of game play. Also the whole Brother liking Yuna thing was kind of messed up and creepy. Their cousins! When I did beat the game I was confused on what exactly happened but at least I didn’t get the worst ending there was. But my ending still left me staring at the TV wondering why I bothered to play of 40+ hours. All in all not a bad game just not a good game either. I think the story could have been much better. I think I would have had an easier time beating it if I didn’t read that there were different endings depending on how much you complete. Hopefully they will not come out with FFX.3 in the future.
