A disappointmeant, failing an amazing first game.

Final Fantasy X-2 had the qualities to be great. The previous story in FFX had been amazing, there was tonnes of play time on it, and the atmosphere just made it. FFX-2 wasn't half as good. the story was. . . uninspired, I think is the word. I personally didn't like the battle system, and the atmosphere was always happy. FFX was always grim, and people were dying constantly, and other people were being attacked. FFX-2s leveling up system was badly done as well. They turned it into a level system rather than a grid where as you proceed, you get more attributes and stats when you activate nodes. They also had a dress sphere system in FFX-2. This meant you had to spend time using that dress sphere to get new abilities, then you had to move onto the next. FFX's system meant 1 person could have every ability at 1 time. The main characters. I'm not sexist, but they were bad. 3 of them dress very much like sluts. They were always jumping and bouncy. There were 7 main characters in FFX. Each one had a completely different personality. In FFX-2, it seemed they all shared the same. If you liked FFX, I would only tell you to rent it. To do it thoroughly only takes a couple of days, and you'll get bored very fast. This game is definitely a rent.
