Final Fantasy's debut to the Playstation2 couldn't be more perfect! The original Turn-based fighting never looked better

User Rating: 9.5 | Final Fantasy X (Mega Hits!) PS2
Fallow Tidus on a quest to defeat a monster known as Sin. Tidus, being warped one-thousand years into the future, is now stuck in a world where Yevons teachings are bieng questioned and Sin brings destruction and havoc wherever he goes.
This game has wonderful graphics and is the first of its kind to have real voices and speech, which gives the game more character. This is the only of its kind to NOT use a leveling system. The new system takes some getting used to, and you may doubt it at first, but it is very officiant.
Learn new ability's and increase stats with the sphere grid system, which is walking your character through a grid(not literally) by gaining AP levels. Placing a sphere in a slot will increase a persons stats or teach them a new move, depending on the slot you placed it in.
The original Turn-Based fighting style has never felt smoother. Objects are now placed into some battles and there are certain circumstances in several boss fights. During a battle, you might have to use thunder on a machine to get it running, or command a ship caption to move closer or further from/to the enemy. Also, usually when you use the ability "steal" on a robot, it will be destroyed, like taking a battery out of a flashlight. These game improvements make the game more enjoyable and more realistic.
If you haven't ever played a Final Fantasy game, then I strongly suggest you start with this one.
