I absolutely LOVE the whole final fantasy series, and after playing most of them I know that some of them tend to be better than others. FF10 was the third final fantasy I had ever played (7 & 9 were the first) at once, I fell in love with the gameplay. It is a battle system like no other FF and it required more strategy than the others. Of course I loved how the eidolons (or aeons) played a part in the story as well because summoning is my favorite kind of attack. Yet the whole story overall i was not too keen on. It tended to jump in a lot of different directions, and they focused on the two main characters a bit too much. In other final fantasy games There were great plots for the other characters as well (example: Vivi in FF9). FF10 did not have what I think is enough on the other characters. Thank you for reading my review and understand it is just my opinion. I do know many other FF fans that love FF10 much more than I do, but this final fantasy was just not my personal favorite in the series.
