This is an all around good Game, and the only complaint I have is the same complaint I have with almost all RPG's.

I have to say I can Understand why the Final Fantasy series is so well loved. I can understand even more why they are making movies of these games. After an Extended session of Play I have to say Final Fantasy makes RPG stand for Interactive Movie. The Graphics are that good the plot that Streamlined. I am not saying there is anything wrong with an interactive movie but it would be nice for a roll playing game to involve some ability to explore the incredibly rich World of Final Fantasy X. I admit there is tons of room for character modification, further down the road. But will that change your in game story, I highly doubt it. Past experience with Final Fantasy games say that they will follow that Formula. However I suppose that’s part of what people come to the Final Fantasy games expecting, any more then you expect realism or want it in these fantasy games. The graphics are Mind blowingly beautiful. The character Dialogue is rich and fit perfect to the characters, and the rolls are not typecast. However it sure would be nice to Play from a different perspective. Part of role playing games to me is being able to select a character not just there abilities. I really like making a character and playing that Role in a game, that’s what role playing is to me. Final Fantasy is not that. As an interactive movie final Fantasy X would deserve A Roman numeral ten out of ten, but as a role playing game it just barely deserves a 9.
