Anyways, this review has taken awhile since I haven't started playing FFX (due to other games like SSBM, Halo, etc.). I finished it last summer, so what the hay, might as well review it. This final fantasy game was only good overall. The graphics were outstanding though. Anyways, this Final Fantasy, in my opinion, is lackluster compared to that of FFVIII or FFIX. The battle sequence is by far, not innovative. Its like a board game without any boards and turns are limited. The sphere grid is probably one of its greatest highlights although it can also be dissapointing. Once you've put 50+ hours in this game and leveled your character tons of times, you may go to a different characters spot and copy their abilities. Soon, you'll end up getting clones of the characters, not mentioning overdrive. The fact that there are only three characters per battle in this game is also a downplay. The graphics were very impressive though, each scene was very detailed and the boss fights were intriuging. The dissapointing part about the game is its ending, the last two boss fights were probably the easiest boss fights ive ever played, the game is too short, and you'll have to play FFX-2 to see the true ending of this game... This game was good but not great.
