This was the first Final Fantasy game I played and I am glad I started with this one. In my opinion, this game is the best in the series. The story is amazing from start to finish with many memorable quotes/moments. Characters have their own unique personalities that carry on throughout the game. Enemies and bosses also bring their own uniqueness to the field. Interesting concept with the aeons (summons) when used in battle. The turn battle system is a nice change of pace from the wait system that has been in the past games. Although there were no levels, the grid system was a good replacement and fit it well. Plenty of game play as this game can take about 50 or more hours to beat with hours and hours of side quests, bosses, and many other things. No complaints at all about this game. Easy to traverse through the game, only extra time spent someplace was hanging back to train. Would definately replay this game many times. If your looking for a good RPG to play, I would highly recommend this one.
