Words cannot express the greatness of this game. In all my 15 years of playing games (and believe me, I've played LOTS of games) this game is the best and by far!
It will require of you patience, but it is soooo rewarding: superb graphical quality, deep and interesting story, numerous cut-scenes and in-game videos, great combat system.
It also features a level-up system that requires some thinking in advance, which is very good.
Another very good thing is that you can have up to 99 saves, so you can go back if you missed out on something.
Since this game is platinum, you have no excuse; if you own a PS2 you MUST buy this game.
The only problem this game has (of course, a minor problem) is that you cannot skip cutscenes.
