Many people have said this games bad well let me tell you there wrong
STORY
final fantasy 12s story is unek in that its not a love story unlike other final fantasy instalments its follows the story of a young Hume named vaan who's brother is killed try to protect his home land from invaion from the evil arcadian empire the empire its self is at the brink of war with its old enemy rosaria it would be a war that would all but destroy vaans home country of dalmasca so he sets out to bring peace to evalic and not long after his journy begins he is joined by others who aid him along the way the characters who are along for the ride are balthier a smart mouthed sky pirate with an eye for the ladies and a posh accent Fran a master of weapons and balthiers partner in crime and good friend bashe a fallen knight seeking to regain his pride penelo vaans friend who he grow up with the lady ash a fallen princess who's father and husband were killed in the war with arcadia and now seeks to destroy the empire and regain her frown and a few more who play supporting rolls the main bad guy in this plot is vain commander and chief of the entire arcadian armed forces who later on in the game goes on to kill his father the em para of arcadia and becomes the new em para so all in all its a story with many twists and turns and it will have you coming back for more .
GRAFICS
the graphics on this game are topnotch you would be hard pushed to find a better looking game than this the CG cutscenes are just a vision to behold the character lips move in sync with the voice acting characters make realistic facial expressions you can really tell they have not rushed this game its just beautiful .
GAMEPLAY
the new battle system is great its so free and open that its hard to no ck it the limits are called quickening that if you you get right you can chain up with other character and deal massive amount of damage they can help you out of a sticky patch or 2 the leveling system this time around is pretty straight forward you battle with a particular character until he or her levels up that's it its simple however in order for you characters to become more powerful you must fill up their licence boards with there licence point gained in battle to get different magics and techniques and attacks armours and weapons also don't think that just by getting the licences for these things you just have them no you must buy them to from shops and merchants as for how long the game is its about 80 hours long first time through without doing the mounting of side quests if you did everything id say it 150 plus hours o i almost forgot 1 of the thing that will help you in battle is a thing called gambits basically you buy gambits from a shop and set them to what ever characters you want them and this will enable them to heal cast magics in battle to aid you it all fells nice and is a great new addition .
OVERALL overall final fantasy 12 is great game with a great story and superb graphics and great voice acting it well deserving of my score don't take my word for it buy it and play it and you will see .
