The new battles system ressembles FFX-2's. With the fact that you can move around while waiting to unleash attacks or spells. Xii borrows Ivalice for a new adventure with six new characters. The story is war based, but you still get to know each character's past pretty well. You get the chance of placing anyone you want in the main party, but know this: If you only concentrate on three members only and let the other three go to waste, there will be times when bosses strip you of your favorite characters and leaves you to the remaining three. The battle System takes a while to get used to but, it's quite fun when you do. Gambits make things better, it's like placing the game on auto-pilot for a quick bathroom break, and be relieved that you haven't wet yourselves or the fact that have not died during a memorably long, boss battle. The thing I loved best about this is: The Espers. The espers are spirits that replace the final fantasy summons. Their special attacks look downright apopoleptic, IF you manage to stay alive to see them perform their special moves. In the end, I recommend you to go and buy this game yourself. -aznkhaos
