this is one hell of a game. the opening is decidedly my favorite word, epic. action tapers off from there, but picks up strong once you have basch in your party. you can take a 360 and PS3, and shove them somewhere dark in your body for all i care, cuz the graphics on this game are astounding. music is pretty good, but not up to normal FF quality of titles such as 6 and 8. the gambit system is hard to learn, but insanely easy to fool around with until you've mastered it. my only complaint is that guest and secondary characters steal the thunder away from the main party characters.
