Great game, but not the best in the series.

Final Fantasy 12 was one of the most hyped about games, and after playing it, I understood why. The graphics are much improved, unless you play it on the PS3, and the battle system is a good change, although unlike most people believe, this game is not the first Final Fantasy to use this combat system. Final Fantasy XI, one of the least played and most disliked Final Fantasy's, used this battle system first, because due to the Internet they had too.

The storyline was great, as usual, making you want to play more. I remember when I first started playing I couldn't put it down, until my parents cut the power to my room. But certain aspects could have been better. The voice acting was good, but sometimes sounded like the person was too close to the mike when recording it. Also, the summon system took awhile to get used to, though once you did it was great.

The boss battles were a little strange, and the fact that you could get 'hit ' without actually seeing the enemy hit you was strange as well. The hunting system was a great addition to this game, like FF X, and it made for a long side-quest that you could get sucked into. Yiazmat, the last mark, I never could beat though.

All in all, FF XII is a great game that any fan should try, and even non-fans.
