The first 10 hours of the game is great fun, but then the story gets messed up and the gambit-system ruin the fighting.

The day I bought the game I played 7hours straight and haven't had that much fun for ages. But after a few more hours I got bored of it. The story gets confusing and hard to keep track of. Who's what and why do we need to do that? And most important, why would those ppl stick together? Why would warriors and thieves allow two kids to tag along? It doesn't make sense...

The gambits worked nicely the first hours of gameplay when you had attack and heal, but with more magic skills and harder enemies the gambits don't work. And with all those characters to keep up to level... I wish there was a way to set all characters but Vaan on auto. And there is really no use of amking one of your characters a magician or a healer. The Magic Points (MP) are drained way too fast.

The graphics is of course awesome as always, so fo ranyone that play games for their looks, FFXII is perfect. But I expected alot more from a big game like this. There's nothing really in the story that keeps you up all night, it was a nice try to make the fights better, but they failed. The game is just boring...
