Guys - Read some of the post from people that are not giving it a 9 or higher. I wish I did, I would have rented it.

Really, this game is no more than like a movie rental except you get to press some buttons while watching it, I guess that is what is suppose to make it a game. I have the guide book , so I did read that after about 3/4ths of the game is over you start to get to have a little bit more of control (or interactivity).

Seems like more and more games are being dummed down. I wonder why. We have to really learn what is the audience that video game makers are trying to reach now.

I did find some gaming statistics data, (http://www.theesa.com/facts/gameplayer.asp) and it may explain why games are getting dumned down, especially for consoles. And games that are made for consoles and then are also "put on pc's" are dummed down also.

It also shows how PC gaming is dying - "its so much cheaper to by a console, no software to manage, no updates and configuring".

So I think video games are a sign of the times - gamers today - or the people they are trying to get to become gamers want something easy and linear.

Please dont get me wrong. I Prefer games on PC over a console any day. Again if you look at the report I mention above. When I mention pc gaming is dying, I don't mean its going to die, I just mean more money will be spent on console game development - because that is where the majority of where game money is being spent. Don't believe me, read the article.
