Bought the game for my Son, Wii popped it in and he played while the 2 other kids, myself and girlfriend watched. 3 hr straight the first night. It was like watching a wonderful movie. Every night we play a bit more. Like reading them a great classic story before bed. I looked around the room and everyone was right into it. They are were content with him playing the game, as it's a gem to watch. Im a happy camper!!!

It's not the same as the older FF's, It's more like a movie. Im not totally sure it's right for a hardcore RPG'er. I do miss the old FF's and wish some other developer would step up to the plate and take up where the old FF's left off.... you know, the stores, quests, talking to people etc. But, I have to judge what they gave us, not what I was expecting, so... what they gave us was a great game/movie.
