A superb game that people are being way to harsh on
I got to say right off the bat that I have never played any of the other F.F games, but if you play and judge this game just for what it is.....it is a great game. I personally like it for the reason people are hating on it for. I like the fact that it is a strait forward game. I think people are missing the point entirely on what this game is about. You can eventually play up to six characters, and basically this game is all about stratagy with a good story to tell.
You can Watch the Gamespot review to get the jist of what this game is about. Im just here to tell you that if your looking for a game with a good story, likable characters, and a good stratagy game.....your in for a treat.
I have to admit I did not like some of the characters at first, or the game even for that matter, but IF YOU GIVE THIS GAME A CHANCE, and learn the paradigms. This game will have you hooked to the end.
People saying this game is linear are wrong.....because after chapter 10 the game opens up, and you have more freedom....Even after you beat the game you can go back for some challenging boss fights and expand your Crystarium.
I did have a few gripes about this game though....... First of all the oss fights can be frustratingly unballanced. Secondly this game can get repetative, I think a little variety would of made this game superb.....But this game is fun.....the graphics are superb(esecially on PS3)...... and will have you hooked to the end.
I GIVE THIS GAME A 9.0, because this game was just so adicting, and the story graphics, and characters were superb....I highly recommend a must buy, AND FOR GOD SAKE....JUST GIVE THE GAME A CHANCE.
