Out of Time.

This is a visually stunning game but the immersion is lost with all the delays in game play. Crafting is a system I love, but not in this game. To make some basic gear, you have to be proficient in blacksmithing, leather working, armor crafting, weaving, and alchemy to get the shards. Now keep those 5 types of crafting in mind, now add 5 steps for each one, and give each step anywhere from 3 to 6 seconds for each step, plus the delay in the crafting itself which is about 6 to 9 seconds... and you have a wonderfully dull experience.

To make my point, this game is not for the casual player thinking ok i get 8 local leves to do every 36 hours, but each one takes soooo long to do its hard to just jump on before work or after classes let out, you really need a good couple hours to sit down and do a bit of crafting... oh yea, did i mention? ANY ACTIVITY IN THE GAME BREAKS YOUR GEAR. Your under garments have about 5k durability and you must repair them every couple hours of play which is a real pain. It makes no sense that fishing will degrade an entire set of bronze chainmail... and repairs get very very expensive later in game, you can repair yourself, but gotta craft in order to do that... it's a huge time sink.
