I expected better from Square-Enix

Honestly getting into the game I thought that Square-Enix wouldn't let me down... no I didn't think that FFXIV would have anything in common with APB but sadly it does. When you get into the game you are greeted by an interesting opening quest and some really wonderful visuals but that all disolves rather fast.

You finish the newbie quest only to find that you will be grinding rather uninspired quests over and over again. You get eight leave quests every day and a half and thats it. Between leave quests you get to grind, and grind all day long untill the leave quests start up again.

If you're inerested in crafting then you'll find yourself doing the same thing. Don't even think about crafting anything untill you grind your skills to level ten though as most recipies don't open up untill then. Worst part is some smart person back in Japan decided it'd be a great idea to not include the recipies in game. So as mentioned in the video if you want to know what to craft then you're going to have to go to some fanpage to get them.

In short as stated in so many other reviews this game has no content, its an empty world and perhaps when the PS3 version comes out then the game will have some content but untill then its a shell of what it could be.
