U can't tell what is exactly wrong with this game because the game itself is a big mistake,everything thing is wrong & i don't know where to start the lagy UI or the horrible character movies(floating all the way)or the poor creatures design or the lack of in-game guide or the plain environment or...& if SE want to do anything can save the game is to build it from the scratch or close the servers & end it like this because nothing in the game can be fixed & i mean nothing,oh & i didn't mention the connection lag, am really disappointed & i can't understand how those developers made this garbage?what they were thinking?yes i understand that they don't wanna make wow clone game or copy any other game but that doesn't explain the making of one of the worst pc game ever.
