This is an excellent game for the Nintendo Gamecube and, in my opinion, surpasses it's GBA counterparts with new luscious 3D battles and dynamic music that will rock your Dolby Digital sound system to it's core. But on to the gameplay, this game has a great combat system which is similar to the GBA Fire Emblems and the Advance Wars series. Basically you have a certain number of units which you can command and bring in to battle. This system is backed up by great in game animations which make the fight that much more enjoyable. The only thing I don't like about Fire Emblem is the obvious lack of in game voice acting. And it's such a shame because this game has a stroy that rivals even the best RPG/Strategy games. But because the story is so good you will want to read on with the text to see what happens to the enticing characters in the game. Fire Emblem is definitely a goo pick up for any 'Cube owner.
