This game is an incredible game; well performed and good lookin' (for a GC game). The beginning is somewhat boring, where you only have one 4 characters, all weak. Eventually, you get more people, and you can enjoyin th features. Theres the new classes, bonus ex, and skills. There are only a few magic characters, and one less type of magic (dark). The actual gameplay, out of the all the tons of menus, is fun, each level having its own little catch. Some levels have ditches, sometimes they throw rocks at you, etc. The Ai is decent, super easy in easy mode, and super hard in hard mode. Also, in hard mode, you dont get as much bonus, which is difficult to live without. There are a few bad sides of this game though. They've taken out al ton of classes, particulary ones that involve dark magic. Plus, after all of your used people have evovled, the gameplay gets repetive. In the other Fire emblem games, when the LORD evolves they usually get a new weapon, but not in this game. Overall, this game is a good game. I think a new Fire embvlem fo Gameboy advance or ds would have been better. I reccomend this game if you r looking for a gamecube rpgs. but, if this game does not appeal to you, dont give up on the series...
