One of the beat games in the Fire Emblem Series. Once you beat it there's really no point in playing it anymore.

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is one of the better tactical Role playing games i've ever played. Second only to shining force one and two and Final Fantasy Tactics. Well instead of telling you the whole story of the game where going to bye pass all the nonsense and get down to the nitty gritty. First lets start off with game-play. The game is very easy to get into the controls are very simple and the objectives of the game may seem easy but can be difficult depending on how you go about playing the game. If you want anyone in your party to die get ready to make friends with the reset button. If you dont care then the game will gfo bye quicker but you"ll miss others that could possibly join your team. The Graphics are far superior compared to the game-boy. The cut scenes are not in many but they are fantastic and for once they talk during them. The 3d environments are alittle dated but thats overshadowed by the pure combat system. The sound is fitting for the time and setting of the game, although you get tired of the same old songs that they play when your fighting and moving your units. The combat system is addictive when you first play it but it can get alittle repeatitive after you've seen every attack . In Fire Emblem you get a massive array of characters ranging from knights, archers ,mages, theifs, and so on. Me being the type of person that im am i use every member on my team. so when i got to the later levels it was hard for me to progress. I sugest that you pick one or two of one class and use them until you max them out then replace them with another. The theifs in this game are useless unless your opening doors or chest , other than that i wouldnt use them. So whats new about the game you ask? Every chapter you can make a new weapon and name it what you want. You can also gain extra experience and disrtbute it to anyone you want .Another thing is the skills which if placed right can make your units unstoppable in battle. The only bad things about thi game is the long dialog and no voice overs i mean reading is so 1999 most games now days are done with voice overs. It's also lets you understand and get into the story better, i often found myself pressing the start button at certian points just so i wouldnt have to read, i mean who likes to read anyway? The only other thing i can think of is that after you've beaten the game there's nothing that really motivates you to play it again. i mean there are some unlockables if you beat the game 3 times and ten 5 times and finally 7 times but lets keep it real who's going to play the game that long?
