The Racing isn't all that impressive but its the mini games and mostly the Crash Derby that makes this game shine.

When i first got the game i went straight to racing to seeif it was better than flatout 1 . They have definitely improved handling and substance to the racing mode. However it lacks compared to the burnout series which seems to be this games closest comparison. Then i tried the Mini games which are a big selling point for the game. There a little hard to get used to but definitly fun when you get used to the controls. I personally didnt think they were all to great though but thats just me. The best part of this game to me is the Derby mode. Just pick a car and a track and go at it. Its what this games engine was designed for. The explosions look great as well when you make contact with another car. I played this mode for 2+ hours without notice. This mode is definitely worth picking up this game alone for. This game is meant for multiplayer. Xbox Live supports every monde though i havnt given it a try yet. If you get bored playing halo 2 put in this game.
Pros - Addictive and fun mini games and especially the derby. Graphics are great for an xbox.
Cons- The actual recing mode comes up short compared to other titles, The cars themselves could sound a lot better, Controls are a little hard to get used to.
Closing- All in all this game was worth buying for me. If you like other games such as burnout or Test Drive Eve of Destruction, i would definitly recommend it to you.
