This is one of the few console Formula 1 racing games I’ve really played and this is not because I wanted but most of F1 games for consoles are not match to PC simulators. The game features all official tracks from 1996 and a lot of racing modes like world championship for you to race. In terms of graphics we can say that the game is very well detailed, all 17 circuits are reproduced with grandstands, bumps, corners and advertising with incredible fidelity, even the official TV font from FIA is used in the game. You may find some problems with the drawing distance and some slowdowns but they are minor drawbacks. The sound work in this game is really its strongest point. Amazing soundtrack along with incredible sound effects creates the F1 atmosphere of the game. From the opening to the last track of the World’s Championship you find that this game is surely one of the best ever made for a console.
