Oh great, Epic Games got sued.

Sad to say but this time it was right.

Epic Games tried to screw up Silicon knights by not following the original agreement which now plays on their time making the game "Too human" because now they have to work on another/new engine themself.

We have to say truth here, Epic Games were idiots for not helping themoutwiththeir engine (Unreal Engine 3) as they did with Gears of War.

A Contract is a contract and I believe between developers there should have some help, Epic will have their money from Gears of War like they did with Unreal and now they're just "too hot" to help the others.

Well, who knows what this could mean for the Gears Trilogy*

(*I'm unsure if it'll e a trilogy, a set of three)
