Garrus (and Kaiden). Everyone loved him, so I tried to use him more later, but it just never happened.

My favs are Wrex, Ash and Liara.

Mostly used Kaidan for Tech.

Garrus and Tali went under the radar.

I rarely used Wrex, Garris a little bit more, but still not that often.

Tali was my fav! Ash, Kaidan, and Liara after that.
