How can I post images at hte comment section?

I see some people doing it, gut I'm unable.

Your comment box for articles should look like this:

You should be able to select the circled button and insert a picture either from your computer, the web, or various other supported sites (such as Instagram). Often, these comments get auto-filtered into "pending" mode and have to be manually approved by moderators or staff.

Let us know if you still can't find it or the button isn't visible for you. This may be a job for staff over at the Bug Reporting & Feedback forum if that's the case.
