Advertisement with auto-play of sound (and blocks content)

Hi,

The following ad annoys me:

It's an ad by VGZ. I live in The Netherlands.

The problem is that it auto-plays sound. And the ad loops, so when it's done talking it begins from the start again. Another problem is that it's right on top of the content, it blocks view of the content. So I can't read what's written underneath the ad.

I trust that you will remove the ad. Thanks.
