Can't vote for Kratos (others users saying cloud link broken also.

All other votes were cast, but the kratos link seems broke, as only refreshes page.

I think gamespot has a bug, broken link or a techinical difficult.

happening to me at day 18 at nigh.

Fix it gamespot.

GS is working on it as we speak they will post a blog if they figure anything out

You're probably already on top of it, but Samus's is broken as well. It does the same thing: refreshes the page when I vote for her, but Kratos's worked fine for me, so it may vary from person to person.

This isn't something I can really test in a live vote, so all I can say is that I did not encounter any difficulties like this myself. However, for anyone concerned or encountering issues like this, I do suggest clearing cache and cookies and restarting your browser just prior to voting. I don't know if that will help or not, but it couldn't hurt. It might also be useful to know what browsers and operating systems you guys are using, just for the record.
