Hi Guys, Call me a newb, but I have edited all of my profile settings and chose the profile image as well as user icon, however when I comment on articles, my Avatar shows up as default "G". What am I doing wrong?
The same avatas has been appearing for my comments the last couple of MONTHS, and no amount of trying to update it through the dropdown menu has worked at all either.
Probably not giving enough time for it to update. Changes to livefyre take longer to take effect.dab198
They're not updating at all, actually... They've been stuck on whatever the user had for an avatar when the comments were revamped.
Any news on if this is getting fixed? I can tell there's a way to update your profile through Fuse which would in turn update the comments but the avatar is just not updating as it's supposed to. In fact like I said it won't update at all.
