Banner image isn't changing

I can't change banner image on my GS profile. It's stuck, can't delete it or upload a new one. Dimensions are good (760 x 140, file has 26 KB), but it just won't work. External sources (like Photobucket or ImageShack) don't help. Any ideas, guys?

Have you tried Clearing your Browser Cookies and Cache?  if not do so and check again
