Blog Comments

Earlier today a difficulty was encountered regarding blog commenmts. Comments can be posted, but may not show. I recieved a comment from another user, but i couldn't see the comment. Another user sent her comment by PM, after encountering a problem as well. When viewing my profile from TV.com and MP3.com I can see the comments however. I will try commenting on another user's blog in a few moments to test whether the issue affects every blog or just some.

Nevermind, there may be a different problem. A user's blog is displayed on the above mentioned sister sites. Another thread enquiring about this featured a post stating that the account on these sister sites may be set to private to hide details of the account. However, this also affects the Gamespot account. Is this a glitch or is this intentional?

EDIT: It should be noted that after changing the blog setting on one sister site, the setting on the other sister did not change automatically and had to be set manually, while the setting on GS were adjusted automatically without me selecting them from GS.

You might want to try TV.com's tech support forum to see what they have to say. We recently separated a lot of the functionality with the association of our sister sites; may be something they need to fix. In the meantime, try to post your blogs at the primary site you plan to use going forward.
