I think he means when he clicks 'save changes' nothing happens. For example with me I usually show my first name, country and city but its gone today for some reason and when I go onto prefs and click on 'show' then save changes it automatically reverts back to 'hidden' and nothing has changed, I think he is having the same problem as me.
It does seem glitched, because all my information has disappeared from my profile, yet it's still in my "About Me" section in my Prefs. Wait for it to be sorted out is the best option.

Same here. First it was blank entries at the top of the game lists, then it was the completly blank latest additions section, and now this. I would so very like to post something witty to tie all of this together.
I don't mean do be rude with this question or stress anyone, but when can we expect this problem to be solved? What's the normal frame of time for such a glitch to be debugged?

Depends really, sometimes a glitch will be fixed quickly, other times it'll take a while to fix. You just have to be patient, it'll be fixed soon enough.
