I was told to come here to see if my question was answered, but it wasn't.

I was given a PM from "GAMESPOT" and I wanted to see what it was. The topic for the PM is nothing(invisible?) so I can not open it. Are there any solutions to fix this or is this a problem others are having as well?

Thanks!

I've heard of messages like this before, but I can't remember if they had anything in them or not, or if we ever came up with an idea of how they were created. It's possible the message won't be worth the trouble, but if you want to dig into it, you can go to the inbox page showing the message, then tell your browser to view the html source for the page. (That's Ctrl+U in some browsers.) Search for read_pm.php?msg_id=. The thing you need is the 8 digit value after read_pm.php?msg_id= where the subject is nothing (or less likely some blanks). Once you have that value, you can open a new browser window and type in the following URL, plugging in the 8 digit value you found: http://www.gamespot.com/pages/pm/read_pm.php?msg_id=########&mbox_type=inbox The result may or may not be interesting, but be sure to let us know what it is either way.

Wow, something that has been bugging me for a while was nothing.

You're right, it had nothing in it. It was just a blank message. :/

Yeah, I don't know what sends those. Wish I did. Were you able to delete it ok? (Or have you tried?)
