I wanted to watch the Star Wars: The Old Republic big reveal video and what do I find? The video does not load, usually a bar goes on top of the black one as it's loading but the thing does not budge, so in other words I can't watch the video because it does not load.

Same with me, except I just get a blank screen on the front page for the news slideshow, when all the flash vid adverts and banners work fine, so on the same front page everything flash not Gamespot seems to work, but gamespot features do not. Same with the review videos, I just get a blank screen with 'done' at the bottom of my browser.

I am running Firefox 3.0.3 and have Flash Player 10 and Shockwave 11 installed. I am running XP Pro with 2gb DDR2 ram, realtek sound and 8600 card. I can watch flash movies with no problem on You Tube and IGN and anywhere I go, so my problem is definitely with Gamespot, not generally.

We seem to get this problem perisodically, so I wonder if it's that gamespot go to the next Flash player before it's available to us, hence similar probelms every three months or so?
